Payments for services provided are typically due at time of service. We accept private pay or self-pay. We accept payment in the form of credit/debit, check, cash, or PayPal.  There is a payment convenience fee if paying by credit card or ATM. This fee is set by and charged by the third-party credit card processing company.

 

 

For Standard and Group Counselling Sessions, the current private pay rate is based on a sliding scale of $80 to $140 per session hour. The sliding scale fee is determined on a case-by-case basis with accommodation depending on client’s household income.

Standard Individual /Couple/ Family Therapy Sessions are typically for 60 minutes.

Group Sessions vary from 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the nature of the group.

For Intensives, the cost is dependent upon the duration, location and group specifics. Please contact us for a Good Faith Estimate. A nonrefundable deposit of $250 is required for multiday events.

Intensives vary from 1-3 days, depending on the nature of the group need.

 

For Workshops, Conferences, and Speaking Events, the cost is dependent upon the duration, location and group specifics. If you would like to host one of these events, please contact us for more information and a Good Faith Estimate. The attendee cost is located as part of the registration for the specific event.

Workshops vary from 2-8 hours, depending on the nature of the workshop and group need (i.e. interactive lecture vs. teaching and equipping others).

Longer Workshops can be split into multiple days if needed.

Workshops can be coordinated in a series, so that the topic information is additive.

For Workshops and Retreats, the cost is dependent upon the duration, location and group specifics. For All Self-Paying/Private Paying Clients

This notice is to inform you that you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your counseling fees will cost.  Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.  You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.  Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
